- German Genealogy Guide Review by Carol
This book will be a help in tracing my German ancestry. When I ordered the book, I was to receive a hard copy of the German Cheat Sheet. I received the Guide, but my invoice was marked that the Cheat Sheet was a download. I did not want the download and specifically ordered the hard copy. I have been unable to download the Cheat Sheet. Had I known this, I would not have ordered the guide.

- The Family Tree German Genealogy Guide Review by Beverly
I really enjoyed this book. It gave a lot of helpful tips as well as sample letters in German with the translated letter next to it. It also gave you the amount of money would need to send with the letter. I learned a lot about doing my research on my German line. Before reading this book, I had no idea on where to go to even start looking. This is a great book to have for a reference book in your genealogy library! I would encourage everyone who does not know where to start or even know the German language to get this book!!
